Varied pistes, idyllic snowshoe routes and the longest toboggan run in Central Switzerland: enjoy the snow-sure, versatile winter paradise!

• The winter season on the Frutt lasts from mid-December to mid-April.
• 14 modern transport facilities take you up to the Balmeregghorn (2255 m) and the Bonistock (2160 m). A total of 36 kilometres of pistes are available.
• In the children's paradise Fruttli-Land, the little ones can have a great time - free of charge!
  Freestyle park and ski cross piste: The Erzegg area is a meeting place for the young and young at heart.
• Eight kilometres of downhill runs: the longest toboggan run in Central Switzerland means pure action - and is especially fun at night!
• 15 kilometres of cross-country ski trails invite you to dance the winter dance at 2000 metres. 
• Five snowshoe tours of varying lengths lead from the old mountain station through the winter paradise - guided tours are also available on request.
• At the "Blick Winter Awards", Melchsee-Frutt takes first place in the "Small and beautiful" category 1st place for the second time in a row - and rightly so!

 

 

Skiing and snowboarding

For fans of probably the most popular winter disciplines, there is a diverse range of options: Skiers and snowboarders can discover 36 kilometres of pistes with the help of 14 modern transport facilities. There is something for every taste: blue pistes for beginners, red pistes for advanced skiers and black pistes for the pros.

Snowpark

For acrobats and those who want to become acrobats, the largest snow park in Central Switzerland is located in the Erzegg slope area. Rails, small to medium obstacles and jumps characterise this versatile park.

Cross-country skiing

The 15 km of groomed cross-country trails lead you to many picturesque spots, including dreamy Tannensee, where you can enjoy your break at the mountain restaurant Tannalp.

Sledging

Sledging on the longest sledge run in Central Switzerland - that's only possible with us! Wrap up warm and enjoy the 8-kilometre route from Melchsee-Frutt to Stöckalp, which, with an altitude difference of 1,000 metres, ensures mighty speed.
Until 9 March, leisure fun on skids is even possible under the stars on Fridays and Saturdays: The toboggan run is open from 19.00h to 22.00h and the mountain cable car is also in operation. Thanks to autonomous, solar-powered LED lights, the ride through the white winter splendour is an extraordinary outdoor experience!

Winter hiking

In winter, you can reach Tannalp without snowshoes on the prepared winter hiking trail. You can find further routes on the overview of the sports tracks.

 

 

Snowshoeing

From Melchsee-Frutt, five marked snowshoe tours of different lengths lead you to fantastic winter paradises.

 

 

Ice fishing

Fishing, like in the far north, the special winter experience for fish fans. Whether in the sun or in the snow flurries, experience an incomparable ice fishing day at 2000 m above sea level.

 

 

Rental and Ski school

The Frutt Rental is located directly at the old top station of the Stöckalpbahn and offers you all the equipment you need for your fun in the snow. The Melchsee-Frutt ski school offers courses for the whole family for every level of experience.
